Confetti Italian Ice & Custard

This place is fantastic!! Visiting from NY and this is my new go to ice cream place when I'm visiting!! I ordered the oreo cookie batter which was incredible. The portions are very generous, and the flavors were wonderful The employee (owner?) was beyond friendly and he let us sample as much as we wanted, he talked to us and answered all of our questions. We will be coming back again before going back home

Excellent dessert and top-tier customer service! You can really tell how much the owners care about your experience by the way they perfectly craft each order just for you. I recently ordered a “Strawberry Milkshake” from the Confetti Combo Menu and was pleasantly surprised when the owner took extra time and steps to layer condensed milk between scoops of Italian ice to ensure I got the perfect bite each time. When I asked for it to-go, he even placed bags of ice alongside my bowl so it wouldn’t melt on the way home. Incredible service aside, the Italian ice itself is amazing! The flavors are delicious and the texture is perfect. I highly recommend getting custard on top and trying one of the Confetti Combos!

Don't forget to check in on Yelp for 10% off your order. I got the small 2 scoop parfait with Thai Tea w/ Cookie and Chocolate Custard on top. I heard that it also tastes good if you switch the Chocolate Custard for Vanilla. It's a great combo of ice cream and custard. You'll find parking in the big lot. If you need to use the restroom you must request the key from an employee. There's seating inside and outside. Luckily the outside has shade but the inside is air-conditioned. There are water cups available.

Parking: market shopping center where there are various shops and food options. It is next door to a boba shop Service: at the time I went the owner was there. He was great and helpful in recommending flavor combinations. He was also went out of his to help us pack some ice cream with ice packs to take it back to Riverside, which is about 1hr from there. Ice cream: pricing is based upon sizing of cup. Each cup size has so many scoops of ice cream. You can choose to do Italian ice (sorbet with custard ice cream) or just pure ice cream or scooped ice cream with soft serve ice cream. I ordered the Italian ice with passion fruit and pineapple sorbet with vanilla custard ice cream. I also tried their mudslide combination which consists of Oreo milkshake ice cream with chocolate soft serve. The former is light and great for summer. The latter is more for those craving for something more creamy and heavier. Both tasted great. Overall: It is slightly pricey for ice cream but the service won me over. The owner was very generous and considerate to help pack an ice cream to go so I can take it back to Riverside, CA.

Best customer service! They were super busy with long lines. But a woman (owner's wife?) saw us getting ready to leave with half-eaten ice cream. She came from behind the counter to where we were sitting, and gave us a bag of ice to take home our left-over ice cream. Lots of unique flavors. We had the chocolate supreme (pictured). It is over the top and overwhelming with chocolate!
